Refund policy

Thanks for supporting Loma Mago!

If you need to make a return for any reason, please email us at lauren@lomamago.com and we will send you a return label. The garment must be unworn, in good condition, and with the tags still attached for us to offer you a full refund. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the garment. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery for us to ensure the condition of the garment.

Unfortunately we cannot offer direct exchanges due to the limited quantity of each item. 

Should you place an order and need to cancel please e-mail lauren@lomamago.com and it may be possible to cancel your order if the piece has not been made yet. If you have paid for your order and used PayPal and wish to cancel, we will refund you the amount minus the PayPal fee’s.
